Saw that "AI marketing stack pyramid" three times yesterday. Same visual, same tools, same take.
At this point we're not building AI stacks. We're just reposting them π
Donβt get me wrong, the tools are fine β I use them myself. But these posts keep missing the actual point.
The problem was never which tools to pick. It's: what are you trying to fix? What system are you building around them?
I've seen teams with 20+ tools, the latest models, everything "automated" β still slow and chaotic, still no predictability.
And teams running on 5β6 tools with a handful of reusable prompts quietly outperforming them. Every time.
The stack isn't the difference. Whether your tools are connected into something that actually runs β that's the difference.
Real leverage isn't "AI for content" or "AI for productivity." It's a loop that works: idea β execution β distribution β feedback β iteration. AI sits inside that loop. It doesn't replace it.
So before the next tool β what's actually broken in your workflow right now?
